- 1988 - Appointed project design consultant for the I.Q.R.A Trust by Prince Yasia – Develop glass projects producing prototypes in Murano Venice – Italy.
- 1989 - Create Witte Tile Company – producing hand made precision terracotta tiles, volume production.
